## EZ Trades Pro Terms and Conditions

1. **Introduction**

By using the EZ Trades Pro mobile application (the "App"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms are a legal agreement between you and EZ Trades of Oklahoma, LLC ("EZ Trades", "we", "us", or "our"), located at 816 NW 24th St, Moore, OK 73160, and govern your use of the App.

2. **Service Description**

The App provides a platform where users can connect with trade professionals via video call for service assistance. All calls are recorded for quality and training purposes.

3. **Acceptance of Terms**

By using the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

4. **Changes to Terms**

EZ Trades reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on this page.

5. **Privacy**

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle any personal information we collect from you.

6. **Use of the App**

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

7. **User Responsibilities**

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to us through the App is accurate, complete, and up to date.

8. **Recordings**

By using the App, you consent to the recording and storage of video calls. These recordings will be used in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. **Intellectual Property Rights**

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by EZ Trades and its licensors.

10. **Limitation of Liability**

EZ Trades will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the App.

11. **Governing Law**

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oklahoma.

13. **Dispute Resolution**

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

15. **User Content**

The App may include features that allow users to post their own content. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the App.

16. **Third-Party Links**

The App may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the contents of those sites, and accept no responsibility for them.

17. **Age Restrictions**

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

18. **Indemnification**

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EZ Trades, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

19. **Severability**

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

20. **Entire Agreement**

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our App, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the App.

By using the App, you are confirming that you understand and agree to these Terms.
